This statement is made pursuant to the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and sets out the steps that Khan Decodes Ltd has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain.

2. Our Structure and Supply Chains

Khan Decodes Ltd is an AI-led services company with its Global HQ in Karachi, PK. Our supply chains include providers of IT hardware and software, recruitment agencies, and professional services.

3. Policies on Modern Slavery

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

4. Due Diligence Processes

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, we have in place systems to identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains, mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains, and monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.

5. Supplier Adherence

We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values, we have in place a rigorous supply chain compliance program.
